VixeoGames is a small studio established in early 2016 after five ladies came together through chance at the 2016 Global Game Jam to create a thriller adventure game around the jam’s theme of “rituals”.
The game’s story center’s around two young lovers: Emilia and Kian, who believe they are destined to be together forever. However Emilia’s father doesn’t approve of their relationship and forbids them to see one another. Defying her father’s orders, Emilia decides the only way to ensure her father cannot separate her lover from her is to take matters into her own hands. Magic. She finds a spell in a dusty tome and meets Kian under the cover of night to begin the ritual. The spell is cast… and unfortunately things don’t go according to plan.
